Good point about the goal. It's something Mads and I have been saying over and over...we've kind of given up trying to convince people about that. But it does deserve more explanation and discussion.

Hey Lindy:

Great post! I like the "unofficial outpost" concept. My only comment is that some organizations aren't yet sharing your goal of "making interacting on the social we easier" and that they may need to understand better why this in their interests. But I know that is beyond the scope of this post/series. We'll get to that another time!
